When Fisher Rinderknecht founded Flight Reach Productions in 2016, he recognized that he was leading one of very few agencies in the area that truly caters to small business marketing. Since then, as small business marketing and community involvement have become more prevalent, Flight Reach Productions has grown into a well respected digital marketing firm in the Cross Timbers region.
On a daily basis, Fisher realizes his goal of strengthening communities by cultivating partnerships between the local community and small businesses, a goal he envisioned to bring rural Texas into the digital era. While Fisher found his love for entrepreneurship working for his parents small business, Fisher began to fully pursue his passion with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University. While at Tarleton Fisher maintained active involvement on campus through numerous clubs and honor societies. In the Spring of his senior year, Fisher was able to see his dream take shape. He entered the Entrepreneurs of Erath County business plan competition sponsored by Tarleton and the local Erath County Communities. After submitting his business plan and presenting to the competition judges Fisher was awarded 1st place with an award of $17,500 in cash and prizes. The competition truly gave Fisher the boost he needed to start his company and began the process of developing his dream. But, the momentum didn't stop there. The following month Fisher entered the Rural Texas Small Business Student Challenge in Waco, Tx. Out of 80 businesses Fisher came in second place over all with an award of $2,000. Between the two competitions Fisher was able push the business forward to what you see today.
The community of Stephenville and the sounding areas have played a huge part in the success of Flight Reach Productions. Fisher has made it his mission to always give back to the community that has given so much to him. When ever the opportunity arises, Fisher is always there is to give back and donate services in any way he can. Fisher maintains involvement in the Stephenville & Dublin Chamber of Commerce. As of January 1, 2018, Fisher serves on the board of the Stephenville Economic Development Authority(SEDA). He enjoys having a part in the economic growth of Stephenville and wants to see the community continue to flourish into the generations to come.
